Photograph taken October 17, 1989 just 2 or 3 minutes after a 7.1 earthquake. Baseball fans in attendance at this point were still standing and looking around and surveying the damage. World Series Game 3 between the Giants and Athletics was not replayed until two weeks later, Oakland swept the series 4-0. There was only minor damage to the stadium, however extensive damage occured throughout the SF Bay Area. Fuji GS645s with Ilford FP4 film.
