Does Macbeth possess a weak character? What’s driving his actions? Is it his own ambition, the witches’ manipulation, or Lady Macbeth? I’m not as well versed in Shakespeare as you. I might be way off base. She seems to berate him for his lack of fortitude and even questions his manhood. Is he a puppet or does he need to prove her wrong?
